We welcome Karen who is joining our research group this summer as an undergraduate researcher through the Viterbi Summer Undergraduate Research Experience. Karen is an undergrad at the UCLA majoring in Physics. She will be working with graduate student Sajan KC on ground motion simulations validation and investigating how the time-step and duration of waveforms influence the validation process, particularly due to the Fourier transformation used in the analysis.
