Prof. Nweke was invited to meet with the faculty and students in the Caltech Seismo Lab group. He presented his research on “Seismic Site Response in Sedimentary Basins”. Image above was taken looking south from the top of the famous Milikan Library which has been used to study soil-structure interactions during earthquakes for decades.
