Ph.D. students Rashid Shams and Sajan K.C. attend the Lamont Doherty Seismology Student Workshop held at the Columbia University Climate School Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory in Palisades, New York. Sajan presented on his research efforts focused on “Reconciling Bias in Moderate Magnitude Earthquake-Ground Motion Predicted by Numerical Simulations”, while Rashid Shams presented on his research efforts focused on “Geometric Parameterization of Sedimentary Basins for Seismic Site Response Analysis and Modeling”.
